About our privacy policy 

H20 esports B.V. cares deeply about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes without permission.

This privacy policy is applicable to the use of the website and the services of H20 esports B.V. made available on it. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 07/04/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes which information about you is collected by us, where this information is used and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you have provided us with.

Personal data that we process 

H20 esports B.V. processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with these data yourself. Below you'll find an overview of the personal data we process:

- Other personal details that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on our website, in correspondence and by telephone.

Visitors under 16 years of age

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@h20.gg and we will delete this information.

All locations (buildings) of H20 (or companies or locations affiliated with H20) are not public areas.
H20 ensures privacy for all users of its locations at all times. Audiovisual recordings (photography, video, film, audio and the like) are strictly prohibited. Only upon written approval of at least 2 board members of H20, may recordings be made inside (in designated areas or location(s)).
H20 has the right at any time to inspect, use or modify an agreement, any audio-visual recordings within its locations.

For what purpose we process personal data.

H20 esports B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your payment.
  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure.
  • To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services.
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products.
  • Offering you the opportunity to create an account.
  • To deliver goods and services to you.
  • For marketing purposes.
  • H20 esports B.V. analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to adjust the products and services to your preferences.
  • H20 esports B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
  • We only share personal data with external parties in order to be able to offer events (such as game tournaments, festivals, game camps, lan party, etc.) at our location.

Pixels (tracking)

We also make use of pixels. A pixel is a small image or script placed on a website that is not visible to the user. These pixels allow us to recognise a user and place cookies so that we can measure campaign effectiveness, optimise campaign performance and serve more relevant ads. Pixels also allow us to create and identify consumer segments and select the appropriate ad based on the consumer segment. We use the following Pixels:

Mollie 

To handle (part of) the payments on our website, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards for the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data any longer than is legally permitted.

Cookies

When you use our website www.h20.gg, we collect data via cookies. Cookies are text files that are placed on your device to collect and analyse standard internet log information and information on visitor behaviour. This information is used to evaluate visitor behaviour on the website and to compile statistical reports on online activities, such as through Google Analytics. We record your interaction with our website in order to improve our content and services. Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by H20 esports B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@h20.gg. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blacked out in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within ten weeks.

HOW WE SECURE PERSONAL DATA

H20 esports B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you feel that your data is not properly protected or if there are indications of abuse, please contact us via info@h20.gg.

How long we keep personal data 

H20 esports B.V. will keep your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for personal data:
