About our privacy policy 

H20 esports B.V. cares deeply about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes without permission.

This privacy policy is applicable to the use of the website and the services of H20 esports B.V. made available on it. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 07/04/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Visitors under 16 years of age

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. All locations (buildings) of H20 (or companies or locations affiliated with H20) are not public areas.
H20 ensures privacy for all users of its locations at all times. Audiovisual recordings (photography, video, film, audio and the like) are strictly prohibited. Only upon written approval of at least 2 board members of H20, may recordings be made inside (in designated areas or location(s)).
H20 has the right at any time to inspect, use or modify an agreement, any audio-visual recordings within its locations.

For what purpose we process personal data.

H20 esports B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your payment.
  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure.
  • To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services.

  • We only share personal data with external parties in order to be able to offer events (such as game tournaments, festivals, game camps, lan party, etc.) at our location.

Pixels (tracking)

We also make use of pixels. A pixel is a small image or script placed on a website that is not visible to the user. These pixels allow us to recognise a user and place cookies so that we can measure campaign effectiveness, optimise campaign performance and serve more relevant ads. To handle (part of) the payments on our website, we use the platform of Mollie.
