Meeting and game package extended

Meetings become truly enjoyable at H20. Here, you can rent various meeting rooms (small and large) and combine them with gaming elements. Consider sim racing in a real racing seat, virtual and augmented reality gaming for companies that appreciate new technology. Or simply enjoy a game of FIFA, Rocket League, or Fortnite in the largest gaming club in the Netherlands. If you want to see and learn about what excites, connects, and inspires the next generation, combine a meeting at this unique location.

What does this arrangement look like?

Walk-in

You will gather in the community area of the H20 Esports Tech Hub at Spinnekop 2 in Purmerend, where you will be shown around the building, including an explanation of any catering facilities that have been booked and your schedule for the day. The largest esports gaming stadium in the Netherlands also houses an 8,000 m2 incubator for students, companies, and startups passionate about gaming, esports, and new technology. After this, you will meet in the booked meeting room, or if you prefer to game first, that is also possible.

Meeting venue with all facilities

Each meeting room has access to a screen for presentations (possibility of touch so that digital notes can be made), a whiteboard for notes and ventilation and temperature control. Coffee and tea are always nearby or can be brought by our catering team. This is included for the half day or the entire day.

Game On

After this you will undergo 2 game experiences as part of this arrangement. Here you can choose for PC or Playstation and this will be combined with a more active game like F1 Racing or gaming on our interactive esports wall. Against a small surcharge there is also a possibility for Virtual Reality Gaming and/or Augmented Reality Sports. 

Closure

We conclude and of course this can be as extensive as you wish. This is not part of the standard package, but if you would like to have lunch, dinner or a drink with a snack, this is absolutely possible. Our Esports Lounge Café is the most luxurious form, but this is also possible in the Community Area between the permanent residents of H20.
