Design the company of the future!
Are you ready for the ultimate challenge? Hack Your Future is the opportunity for students from secondary schools, MBO, HBO and universities to design the work environment of the future. You and your team determine what work will look like in 10, 25 or even 50 years! 🚀
Get started yourself or form a team of 2 to 4 people, choose one of the cases (from real companies!) and get to work. It's your chance to create something unique.
The Kick-off is on September 18, 2025 and the grand finale will be played on January 29, 2026 on the impressive stage of the H20 Campus in Purmerend. Be there and let your creativity run wild! You will also have a chance to win great prizes. 🏆
During the Kick-Off of the project, you can also meet and learn from leading companies in the region.
The sponsor of this event is ST.AN: Foundation Labor Market Strategy Northwest Holland. Thanks to this sponsor, there will be some great organizations present, eager to meet with students and apprentices. Walk by the booths and get information from these top organizations about internships, work and also experience their view of the work environment of your future.

Tips
Before you or you build, think about what kind of business your case revolves around. Consider, for example:
- What does your company produce or what service do you provide and why?
- How big or small is your company, how many employees are needed?
- What materials do you use to build?
- What about transportation of people and products?
The problem you tackle depends on the case. For some cases, the company will host an online meeting where you can ask questions. Make sure to take advantage of this! You can also have questions prepared before the Kick-Off event, which is very handy 🙂 .
Are you building in Minecraft? Make use of the in-game tutorial. There will also be an online Q&A from H20 in October where you can ask any questions, both about the assignment and Minecraft.
Provide a clear setup and keep it simple. It should be immediately clear to the audience during the grand finale what is on display.
Good luck with building/designing!
